Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order value:

• Austria: €4.99
• Germany: €6.99
• Free shipping: For orders over €69.00 within Austria and Germany.
• Other countries: Shipping on request.

Austria: approx. 1-2 working days

Germany: approx. 1-3 working days

International deliveries: Dependent on the destination country and possible customs delays.

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the delivery at any time.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Here's how the return process works:

1. To get in touch: Send us an email to support@yournoema.com with your order number.
2. Packaging: Make sure the goods are securely packaged.
3. Shipping: Ideally, use insured shipping with tracking.
4. Refund: After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 working days.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged package to support@yournoema.com so we can find a solution.

Once we have received and inspected the goods, the refund will be processed within 14 working days via the originally chosen payment method.
