Green tea
Lung Ching – also known as Longjing or "Dragon Well Tea" – is a classic spring green tea from Zhejiang, traditionally pan-heated and flat-pressed by hand. Made from young leaves of the early harvest, it brews a clear, golden-green cup with a mild sweetness, silky body, and the typical chestnut/nutty notes. Calm, clean, and very approachable – for those who seek precision rather than harshness in their green tea.

AROMA & CHARACTER
A bright chestnut note opens the aroma, accompanied by spring greens (tender leaves, edamame) and a subtle hint of blossom. The first infusion is silky, mildly sweet, and clear, with a delicate roasted warmth rather than bitterness. As it develops, the tea becomes more rounded: more nuttiness, a touch of grain, and a cool, understated citrus freshness in the aftertaste. Subsequent infusions become more transparent and mineral, while the sweetness remains quietly present. At 75–80 °C, Lung Ching remains pleasantly mild; brewing time determines the depth, not the harshness.
NOEMA is an independent tea house with a clear ambition: Only what we can stand behind in terms of taste, craftsmanship and content makes it into our product range.
We work with carefully selected partners who share our eye for quality. Every variety is tasted, compared, understood – and only included if it fulfills what we look for in tea: clarity, tranquility, and depth.
