This set comprises three profiles – united by clarity, depth, and tranquility. Tie Guan Yin offers bright floral notes, spring greens, and a silky sweetness. Milky Oolong is round, creamy, and delicate, with a soft milky note. Da Hong Pao opens with roasted nut, dark minerality, and dry wood. Despite the different processing methods, the set remains mild and approachable. Minimal bitterness and finely balanced astringency make it ideal for precise infusions.
