Oolong tea
Tie Guan Yin is a lightly oxidized Oolong from Fujian in the qing-xiang style: floral, clear, and very clean on the palate. The tightly rolled leaves open up over several infusions, gently developing sweetness and minerality. A tea for focused mornings and clear afternoons.

AROMA & CHARACTER
The opening is bright and citrusy, with the typical orchid/gardenia scent that immediately makes its presence felt. On the palate, the tea is silky and mildly sweet, without any noticeable harshness; the bitterness remains low, the astringency fine and ripe. With each subsequent infusion, the cup becomes more rounded: hints of rock candy and honey emerge, accompanied by a cool, mineral freshness in the finish that lingers cleanly for a long time.
NOEMA is an independent tea house with a clear ambition: Only what we can stand behind in terms of taste, craftsmanship and content makes it into our product range.
We work with carefully selected partners who share our eye for quality. Every variety is tasted, compared, understood – and only included if it fulfills what we look for in tea: clarity, tranquility, and depth.
