Pu Erh tea
Yunnan Pu-erh is a mature Shou Pu-erh from Yunnan – a loose-leaf tea with dark brown leaves and fine, golden tips. In the cup, it is earthy, warm, and velvety, with notes of wood, cocoa, and a subtle, sweet finish. A robust Pu-erh for quiet afternoons and late tea rituals.

AROMA & CHARACTER
On the nose, forest floor, dark wood, and dry cocoa. On the palate, soft and full, with low bitterness and a calm, mature structure – the cup remains clear, without any dull heaviness. Shorter brewing times produce a clean and warm flavor, while longer extraction deepens the earthiness, cocoa, and malty notes. Subsequent infusions become smooth and lingering, with a subtle hint of sweetness in the finish.
NOEMA is an independent tea house with a clear ambition: Only what we can stand behind in terms of taste, craftsmanship and content makes it into our product range.
We work with carefully selected partners who share our eye for quality. Every variety is tasted, compared, understood – and only included if it fulfills what we look for in tea: clarity, tranquility, and depth.
