Discover tea – from green tea to Pu-erh

Green tea

Our green teas come mainly from China and Japan.
They range from nutty Lung Ching and delicate Mao Feng freshness to steamed teas like Palace Needle and floral-light Silver Pearls.
Green tea is suitable if you are looking for a light, calm alertness and love fresh, herbal notes.

Typical profiles:
– gently grassy to nutty
– bright sweetness, delicate bloom
– ideal in the morning or early afternoon

white tea

White teas such as Pai Mu Tan, Snow Silent or Huang Ya Yellow Tips are hardly processed and slowly withered.
They show bright blossom, fine honey, sometimes pear or stone fruit – with a soft texture and very clear cup.

Typical profiles:
– floral, honey-sweet, gentle
– low bitterness, soft texture
– Tea for slow transitions and quiet moments

Oolong tea

Oolong tea has a flavor profile that lies between green tea and black tea and offers a particularly deep depth of taste:
From creamy Milky Oolong and floral classics like Tie Guan Yin to honey-sweet Oriental Beauty or tranquil Oolong Lavandula.

Typical profiles:
– from floral and fresh to creamy and honey-sweet
– many infusions with changing aromas
– perfect for Gongfu sessions or longer tea rituals

Black tea

In the black tea category you will find, for example, Keemun OP, Muscatel Dragon, Special Golden Black or flavored blends such as Darjeeling Grey.
They bring warm honey sweetness, cocoa, malt, dried fruit or delicate smoky and woody notes – depending on the style.

Typical profiles:
– strong body, warm sweetness
– full-bodied, often malty or fruity
– ideal for the morning or as an accompaniment to pastries and breakfast

Pu-erh – mature depth & earthiness

Pu Erh teas such as Pu Erh Menghai 5 Years, Mini Tuo Cha, Yunnan Pu Erh or Pu Erh Chai offer mature depth: from earthy darkness through dark chocolate and dried fruit to a spicy chai profile.

Typical profiles:
– earthy, dark, partly chocolatey
– many infusions, large body
– suitable for after meals, cool days or as a coffee alternative

FAQs

Which tea suits me best?

If you prefer fresh, light cups, start with green or white tea. If you're looking for depth and warmth, black and pu-erh teas are ideal. Oolong falls in between, offering plenty of complexity with a smooth texture. Matcha and hojicha are good choices if you want something more intense for a bowl or latte. The product descriptions for each variety include its flavor profile, effects, and suitable occasions.
